Fitness · Income · Continuous improvement

Every shift gives you something valuable.

Get paid to ride, build real fitness, and learn what works in your market. Bike Delivery Elite turns each shift into data you can use on the next one.

Most people pay for a gym membership to ride a stationary bike indoors.

Bike delivery puts the workout outside—and gives every mile a job.

The BDE system

Stop guessing. Build your own playbook.

Delivery apps show what they paid. They do not show the full cost of the shift: how far you rode, where you stopped, how long you spent moving, or whether a strategy actually worked.

BDE combines the numbers you already have with the ride data the delivery platforms leave out.

  • Record the entire shift automatically
  • Add earnings and deliveries when you finish
  • Review distance, stopped time, and efficiency
  • Keep notes about restaurants, equipment, and strategy

Built from field experience

The details that decide whether a shift works.

Bike delivery is not easy money. It takes consistency, comfort riding in real conditions, and a willingness to learn. The goal is to shorten that learning curve.

01

Equipment that survives the shift

Bikes, bags, locks, power, repair kits, and the small upgrades that prevent big problems.

02

Orders that arrive intact

Practical systems for drinks, weak lids, bad carriers, soups, stacked orders, and rough roads.

03

Weather and rider readiness

Wind, rain, temperature, layering, visibility, hydration, nutrition, and recovery.

04

Market positioning

Where to wait, when to relocate, what to notice, and how to test a strategy instead of chasing a hotspot.

05

Apartment delivery workflow

Securing the bike, reading instructions, handling access, and moving efficiently without rushing.

06

Fitness that supports the work

Progressing toward longer days, managing fatigue, and knowing when the body needs recovery.

A credible promise

“Even on a slow shift, you still got a workout, learned your market, and collected data that can improve the next ride.”
Is this for you?

Bike delivery is not for everyone.

But if you enjoy cycling, being outdoors, and improving through repetition, it can be a distinctive way to combine fitness with income.

Three real shots will make this yours.

Replace these placeholders with honest working-rider photography. A phone camera is enough; real context matters more than polish.

Straight answers

Before your first ride.

Does BDE work only with DoorDash?

No. The shift recorder is platform-independent and can support DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or multiple apps during one shift.

Does this guarantee I will make money?

No. Earnings depend on your market, platform demand, decisions, equipment, availability, and other factors. BDE helps you observe and improve your own process.

Do I need to be an experienced cyclist?

You need to ride safely and honestly assess your conditioning. The Basic program will include equipment, preparation, and fitness guidance, but it is not a substitute for safe riding judgment.
